Lee F. Photography Policies
At Lee F. Photography we are committed to capturing your special moments. We want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to follow through on this commitment by practicing CDC guidelines in our studios. To ensure the safety of you, our team, and other customers, we have implemented the following safety protocols:
Cleaning: Sanitization of all client accessed areas, camera equipment, props, etc is done before and after each session.
Mask Policy: Lee F. Photography employees are required to wear a mask indoors, regardless of vaccination status. All customers are required to wear a mask in the studio except when being photographed.
Studio: Due to capacity and safety concerns, we are unable to accommodate groups larger than 6 people to ensure safe social distancing. Photographers / vendors must request and receive permission to approach, contact, and pose the customer. Photographers and vendors are also required to sanitize their hands before and after coming with and/or posing each customer.
Post Session: In efforts to reduce traffic in our studios, session slide decks will be provided online 3 business days after the client is completed.
Note: In order to sanitize properly we are limiting the number of daily sessions we commit to.
BOOKING POLICY:
At the time of booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is required to secure your date and time. This retainer is paid by using this website when booking your appointment. Retainers can be paid using your customized electronic proposal, invoice, or contract via the payment buttons at the bottom of each form. The remaining balance is due on shoot day.
LATE POLICY:
There is a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions. If additional time is desired by the client to retain the full session time duration (depending on studio, vendors, and photographer's availability), a $75/hr fee + additional late fees for required vendors will be applied to their final invoice. Otherwise, the photoshoot session will end at the time specified in their appointment booking.
CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING:
ALL retainer fees & sessions are non-refundable. Client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot once, and no later than 3 business days prior to the scheduled appointment time with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract but will forfeit their initial deposit.
TURNAROUND TIME:
Clients will receive unedited image proofs within 3 business days of their shoot via web photo gallery. Image proofs will be watermarked. Once your selection of favorited images is complete there will be a 10 business day turnaround to final photo edit completion. At this point clients will receive an email confirmation.
TRAVEL AND EXPENSES
All expenses including, but not limited to travel, parking, tolls, entry fees, permits, etc are solely the client’s responsibility to cover. These expenses will be added to the final invoice on the clients session day.
